Check out the Black Dog video from Celebration Day. Rather tasty stuff. To me, it seems like Plant is channeling a little of Fleetwood Mac's "Oh Well" at times. Blu Ray is out November 19. Order early to avoid disappointment.
A new Jimmy Page biography called Light and Shade: Conversations with Jimmy Page is out. The author, Brad Tolinski, took some time with Hurricane Sandy bearing down on him to talk to me about the book and his time with Jimmy.
The book has a unique structure. There would be about 10 pages of biography, then 2 or 3 pages of a question and answer with Page. Also guest appearances from Jack White, John Paul Jones, Chris Dreja and more.
Very interesting book, even if some of the musical stuff was a bit over my head. You can pick it up here, and listen to the full interview below.
